I view therapy as a space for exploration, growth, and healing, and I am honored to walk alongside clients on their journey. I aim to create a warm and supportive relationship where you feel truly seen and understood, so you can begin to explore what is making you feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Together, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of what’s getting in your way, learn practical tools, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others that brings more clarity, connection, and ease.
I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship and family struggles, and life transitions. A central focus of my work is perinatal mental health. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade as a birth doula supporting families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. This gave me a deep appreciation for how transformative and complex the perinatal period can be. It can stir up old wounds, reshape identities, shift relationships, and bring new worries, grief, or isolation. For those facing infertility, loss, birth trauma, or perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, the journey can be especially challenging. I honor all paths to parenthood and support birthing and non-birthing parents, adoptive families, and LGBTQ+ families. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI) and was a fellow in UW-Madison’s Infant, Early Childhood & Family Mental Health Capstone Program.
As a strengths-based and trauma-informed clinician, my approach is warm and collaborative. I draw from a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness. Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself as you work toward your goals and create lasting change.
I live with my partner and two kids, ages 17 and 12. I love spending time outdoors, whether camping, hiking, biking, or gardening. I also enjoy cooking, listening to podcasts, and spending time with friends and family.
